An angry husband stormed a church service demanding his Sh200,000 loan that his wife gave as tithe for prayers against demons in a local church last Sunday.




Mr. Geoffrey Odhiambo said his wife took the money, for which a bank used his car as collateral, and gave it to the church, without his consent.According to the  wife,she gave the money as “tithe for prayers as there were evil spirits and devils in her house”.

Pastor, wife arrested in Akwa-Ibom for selling baby for N300,000

 The General overseer of a Pentecostal church in Akwa Ibom state identified as Pastor John and his wife, Deborah pictured above have been arrested by the Akwa Ibom state police command for allegedly kidnapping a new born baby with the intent of selling him to a child trafficking syndicate  at Nung Ukot Itam, Itu LGA of the state for N300,000.



According to Sunnews, the couple would adopt little babies in the guise that they want to raise them and then they would sell the children to their child trafficking syndicate.

45 Years Old Man Sets His Wife Ablaze Over Valentine Disagreement

A 45-year-old man identified as Uche Ubanwa yesterday allegedly set his wife, Ugochi, ablaze before handing himself over to the police in Orlu, Imo State. It was gathered that the woman was sleeping when her husband walked up to her, poured fuel on her and set her ablaze.



Although reasons for Ubanwa’s action could not be ascertained at press time, it was learnt that the couple had engaged in a heated argument following a disagreement on Valentine’s Day which might not be unconnected with infidelity. A reliable family source said “the woman was sleeping when the husband set her ablaze having poured fuel on her”.

Dr. Myles Munroe, founder of Bahamas Faith Ministries, and his wife Ruth Monroe, married for 35 years, were killed in a plane crash in the Bahamas on Sunday afternoon, reports Tribune242.com.



Nine people were aboard the ill-fated flight (pictured above), the other victims have not been identified. One of the victims is reportedly Dr. and Mrs. Munroe’s daughter but that has not yet been confirmed.
