Pastor, wife arrested in Akwa-Ibom for selling baby for N300,000

 The General overseer of a Pentecostal church in Akwa Ibom state identified as Pastor John and his wife, Deborah pictured above have been arrested by the Akwa Ibom state police command for allegedly kidnapping a new born baby with the intent of selling him to a child trafficking syndicate  at Nung Ukot Itam, Itu LGA of the state for N300,000.



According to Sunnews, the couple would adopt little babies in the guise that they want to raise them and then they would sell the children to their child trafficking syndicate.

Student claims Man-United star Andreas Pereira offered her £10,000 for a threesome

The Belgian-born Brazilian, allegedly offered 19-year-old Kelly McKinney cash to spend the night with him and McNair after she met the United squad at their Christmas party.



Pereira is also said to have invited Kelly to his home for sex days before his Premier League debut, mentioning that he was with two other members of the first-team squad.

Fake VOA Journalist was nabbed after demanding N5,000 for interview

Edo State Police Command has arrested one Yakubu Farouk for posing as the Niger Delta correspondent of the Hausa service of the Voice of America.


 
Farouk, who hails from Nasarawa State, was arrested by officers of the Oba Market Police Division on February 3, after demanding N5,000 from the Chairman of the Hausa community in Edo State, Alhaji Badamasi Saleh, for interview.

More than 250,000 animals are being lined up for slaughter as Nepal embarks on a two-day religious festival where buffalo, birds and goats are sacrificed to appease a Hindu goddess.



According to dailymail, Millions of Hindus flock to the ceremony, which is held every five years at the temple of Gadhimai, the goddess of power, in Bariyarpur, Nepal, near the Indian border.

{Photo} Women abduct 9-year old girl, sell her for N650,000 in Lagos

The Lagos State Police Command has arrested four women for allegedly abducting and selling a nine-year-old girl, identified simply as Blessing, for N650,000.
The women are Fausat Ogidan, Abibat Oresanya, Bola Obajuruwa and Idiyat Abass.
