{WOW} Meet The 42 Years Old Woman In Junior Secondary School (JSS1)

Mrs. Juliana Godwin, a 42-year-old Junior Secondary School I (JSSI) student of Junior Secondary School, Gosa, Abuja, has become one of those persons with strong will to change her condition.

 Mrs. Godwin, who hails from Riyom in Riyom Local Government Area of Plateau State, had her education stalled by lack of sponsorship, a situation that made her to drop out, in 1983, of LEA Primary School, Riyom.

{Photo} Explosion at School Assembly in a Secondary School in Yobe

An explosion ripped through a school in northeast Nigeria on Monday, as students gathered for morning assembly before classes began, a teacher and a medic told us. The blast happened at the Government Comprehensive Senior Science Secondary School in Potiskum, Yobe state, as students waited to hear the principal’s daily address.

The students had gathered for the morning assembly when something exploded in their midst with a thunderous sound at exactly 7:50 am (0650 GMT),” said one teacher, who asked not to be identified.

{EBOLA} Primary And Secondary Schools' Resumption Postponed Till October 13

The Federal Government of Nigeria announced that all primary and secondary schools in the country will resume on October 13th, 2014 in a precautionary measure to ensure that the Ebola outbreak has been contained by time children resume school.



 The Minister of Education, Ibrahim Shekarau announced the new resumption date after a marathon meeting with all the 36 state Commissioners of Education in Abuja on Tuesday evening.
