Buhari Declares Free Tuition In All Federal Universities & Polytechnics

Muhammadu Buhari, who was today announced the winner of the 2015 Presidential elections under the All Progressive Congress (APC), has announced free tuition in all Federal universities and polytechnic in the country.



Speaking to journalists today, the President-elect said he is declaring free education at tertiary level in appreciation of the support given to his mandate by Nigerian youths.

Commercial sex workers in Nigeria under the aegis of the National Association of Nigerian Prostitutes, NANP, have thrown their weight behind Buhari.

 

A statement signed by the group’s General Secretary, Jessica Elvis, noted that NANP was not happy with Jonathan’s government over the way are being treated in the country since he assumed office. It described Jonathan’s government as the worst in the history of Nigeria, saying that it recorded the lowest income during his tenure.

President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan welcomes today’s declaration by the World Health Organisation (WHO) that Nigeria is now officially Ebola-free after 42 days without any incidence of the Ebola Virus Disease.
