{Photos} Heavy Traffic in Lagos as GEJ kicks off presidential campaign

President Goodluck Jonathan will be kicking off his presidential campaign at Tafawa Balewa Square in Lagos around 11 this morning and as expected, there's heavy traffic in some parts of Lagos. Police officers are seen in some locations diverting motorist to take alternative routes.
