The incident, which occurred in the popular and ever busy Nyanya area of Abuja this morning, caused serious panic as everyone around the area ran for safety. Soldiers are about now carrying out a search on the Peugeot 406 car.
A commercial motorcyclist who spoke to us claimed that: “The driver just parked the car and left in a hurry prompting soldiers nearby to be suspicious and people in traffic on seeing the soldiers surrounding the car began to run in different directions,” he said.
