{BREAKING NEWS} Malaysia Reports Suspected Ebola Case

Kuala Lumpur (Xinhua/NAN) A 24-year-old Zimbabwean student is currently under observation for Ebola in eastern Malaysian state of Sarawak, on Monday a local official in Health department said.



The student fell ill on Saturday and had been transferred to Sarawak General Hospital isolation ward from a private hospital.

{Ebola} Suspected Kaduna Case Tests Negative

it was reported yesterday that the first case of Ebola was tested in Kaduna. According to a report by Premuim Times who broke the initial news.


"The 19-year old law student of the Ahmadu Bello University [ABU] suspected to manifest some symptoms of the Ebola Virus Disease [EVD] has tested negative to the virus.

{EBOLA} Suspected Ebola Virus Victim Died In Asokoro, Abuja Today

A patient suspected to have been infected with the deadly Ebola virus has died at the Asokoro Hospital Abuja.



The suspected patient, who exhibited symptoms similar to those of persons infected with the virus died at the hospital last Friday. Following the death of the patient, the Accident and Emergency Unit of the hospital where the patient was being treated has been cordoned off and the accident and emergency unit has been temporarily relocated to the General outpatient unit (GOPD).

{AGAIN} Suspected Boko Haram Insurgent Arrested With Explosives At NAMA office

Reports  indicate that there was an attempt by a suspected member of Boko haram sect to bomb the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency, NAMA office in Lagos, this afternoon.



The suspect was arrested some minutes ago with the explosives he was strapping, and they have so far been recovered from him. It was also alleged that he had with him a manual timer with which he intended to detonate the bomb.

{Ebola} 7 months old Baby suspected to have virus in Kwara

  The Kwara State Chairman of the Ebola Viral control Committee ,Prof. Sunday Opabola told reporters that the first suspected case in the state is a seven-month old baby who had come with his parents from Ibadan for a visit at Ilorin after one of those taking care of him had returned to Ibadan from Lagos.The baby has been isolated and samples taken to Lagos for testing.
