{SAD STORY} Legendary fashion designer Oscar de la Renta dies at 82

Legendary fashion designer Oscar de la Renta has died. He was 82. According to a statement released by his family, he died at home yesterday evening in his home in Connecticut surrounded by family. The statement didn't specify his cause of death but he'd been battling cancer for a while.

"While our hearts are broken by the idea of life without Oscar, he's still very much with us. Oscar's hard work, his intelligence and his love of life are at the heart of our company.
